SecFire operates within a strong network and, when necessary, also uses subcontractors, but always relies on close management and responsibility in-house. This ensures that customers receive comprehensive solutions from a single source.

    • From analysis to implementation: security technology individually planned

    Our competent execution is preceded by precise planning. The nature of the property, the layout of the property, the location and many other factors flow into our considerations. These facts also influence the choice of hardware, cabling and installation of the system. We adapt the systems individually to the general conditions and your requirements.

    Thanks to existing and proven partnerships, we can also offer you all other services related to our security technology. Do you need a fire alarm system as well as escape and rescue plans and fire department route maps? Would you like to externalize the ID card office? Do you need a security concept that goes far beyond the technology? No problem, you can obtain this directly from us or, if you wish, from our partners. Of course, we also take care of the service and maintenance of your system as well as the ongoing support of our customers.

    Founding and initial steps

    SecFire GmbH was founded in 2019 from the growing sole proprietorship of Christian Michalski. In the early phase, the focus was on classic security technology projects – primarily smaller fire alarm systems with a high demand for quality and reliability.

    Expansion through acquisition & internationalization

    2020 marked a turning point: With the acquisition of Kuckelkorn, including its customer base and team of technicians, the range of services was significantly expanded. In addition to fire alarm systems, intrusion detection systems were added. At the same time, Christian Michalski leveraged his international networks: Still in 2020, SecFire executed its first projects in Germany and Austria for international partners – including reference projects for Tesla.

    Crisis years & consolidation

    The years 2020/21 were shaped by the COVID-19 crisis: growth was possible, but only slowly – and planned large-scale projects had to be postponed. In 2022, the material crisis hit, accompanied by rising cost pressures and an increasing shortage of skilled workers. Despite these challenges, the number of employees remained stable, while internally there was intensive work on partnerships and technical innovation.

    Upswing & growth

    From 2023, a clear turning point was reached. With the economic recovery, orders, projects, and customer confidence increased – annual revenue rose from around 1 million euros to 2 million euros by 2025. Today, the team is divided into technicians, trainees, sales staff, project and installation managers, as well as accounting & HR – each area contributing to overall success.
    SecFire has particularly established a strong position in international security technology. While in the past, services were often carried out only on behalf of international corporations – without its own equipment or programming – the company now executes complete projects independently. Recently, for example, several German sites of Sony were successfully equipped.

    • About the founder

    Christian Michalski has been immersed in security technology for over 15 years. He began his career as a technician – working at companies such as Bosch Security Systems and Ahlbrandt Technische Anlagen GmbH – and later held leading positions in major security firms: project management at ADT, installation & service management at Kötter Sicherheitssysteme, and department and operations management at EDS Lange and Convergint Technologies.

    These experiences shaped his deep understanding of complex projects, scalable processes, and high-quality standards. With this expertise, he founded SecFire GmbH in 2019, with the clear goal of combining the professionalism of large corporations with the flexibility and closeness of a medium-sized company.

    From the outset, the company was designed for efficiency, modern technology, and maximum data security: cloud solutions, contemporary IT structures, and a high level of data protection are integral components of SecFire.
