Calculator in security technology

Location: Berlin or Wittstock in the office
Salary: Up to 4000 Euro + company car (if desired)

Your tasks:

• Calculating offers in the field of security technology, including fire alarm systems, intrusion detection systems, video systems and access control systems
• Entering tenders into the ES-Office ERP system and filling them with prices
• Making arrangements with suppliers and obtaining quotations for projects
• Negotiating with customers about possible orders and contract terms
• Preparation of incoming orders for booking

Your profile:

• Experience in the field of security technology is desirable
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally ES-Office
• Good communication and negotiation skills

The following technical skills are required for the position of estimator in security technology:

1. Knowledge of security technology: familiarity with fire alarm systems, intruder alarm systems, video systems and access control systems.
2. Experience with ERP systems: Ideally experience with the ERP system ES-Office for entering and managing tenders and offers.
3. Calculation and quotation preparation: Ability to calculate and prepare precise and competitive quotations.
4. Technical understanding: Basic understanding of the technical requirements and specifications of the various security systems.
5. Project management: Knowledge of project management to coordinate the various phases of proposal preparation and project execution.
6. Contract management: understanding the legal and contractual aspects of drawing up and negotiating offers and contracts.
7. IT skills: Confident in using common Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and other relevant software tools.
